This stunning country park is a mosaic of woodland, wildflower meadows and wetland habitats covering over 100 hectares and is nationally important because of the abundance of rare and diverse plant and animal species. Included amongst these wonderful creatures are beautiful Dragonflies and Damselflies as well as birds such as Bearded Tits, Warblers and Waterfowl. The gravel paths and wooden boardwalks are easily accessible to everyone or alternatively visit the cafe and have a coffee by the waterfront.
